These terms apply when you use Nollan.se and its features (the dashboard, the Sällskap virtual pet, the Nollan Scroller text sign, Adopt-a-day and Nollan Premium). By using the site you accept these terms.
Below, "we"/"us" refers to the operator above and "you" to you as the user.
Nollan.se is a free Swedish daily dashboard. Most features are free. Optional paid features are available through Nollan Premium and Adopt-a-day. The service is provided "as is" and is run by a private individual on a small scale — we give no guarantee of availability, and content (such as weather, name days or electricity prices) comes from third parties and may be delayed or incorrect.
Nollan.se has no login. Settings and everything in the Sällskap pet game are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and can be lost if you clear your browser, switch device or reinstall. We are not responsible for such loss. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can adopt a calendar date and have your name and a quote shown to all visitors on that date, from 50 SEK per date/year up to 500 SEK forever (special dates cost double). Content is reviewed manually before publication; we may reject inappropriate content and will then contact you about a refund. Payment is via PayPal.
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Because our paid features are digital and delivered immediately, you are asked at purchase to expressly consent to delivery starting at once and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal then lapses once the service has been delivered. You may not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or submit unlawful, offensive or infringing content (e.g. in Adopt-a-day quotes or the Scroller). We may remove content and block access that breaches these terms.
The design, code and graphics of Nollan.se belong to us. Content you submit (such as a quote) remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it within the service for the period you have paid for.
The service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.
We may update these terms. The current version always applies and is dated at the top of this page.
Swedish law applies. If we disagree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). General consumer guidance is available from Hallå Konsument (hallakonsument.se).
